Have you booked your hotel room yet?

Don’t forget to book your hotel room if you haven’t already! Hotel is filling up and our rates are only good through February 12!

* Rooms are US$129 (subject to 11.5% tax) — flat rate for single, double, or triple (no cots!).
* Convention rates are available until Friday, February 12th, but book earlier as the rooms often fill beforehand.
* Use our group rate code: “IAFIAFA”!
* IAFA members who join Marriott Rewards will receive free WiFi in their rooms.

Reasons to stay at the Marriott:
* Help IAFA! Many conference costs are included in the cost of your discounted rate.

Early Registration ends today!

Today is the due date for the early bird registration! Registration is $110 but only if you register today! It goes up $25 tomorrow and $55 on February 1.

We’re excited to bring you these new methods of working with us. We
realize that some of this is still a bit clunky and we’re working
diligently to get it all integrated to give you a wonderful experience so
we appreciate your patience as we get these new systems online.

Membership Renewal/Enrollment Now Available Online

Good News!

As mentioned in an earlier post, you can pay your Conference and Membership fees through PayPal.  We have recently posted a Membership Information Form so you can now complete the entire process of Conference Registration and Membership Enrollment/Renewal online:

This is the first year we have done this, so please be patient (the PayPal interface in particular is a little clunky right now, but we are looking at ways to streamline that to one-click shopping for next year).  If you have any technical difficulties, please email our Off-Site Chief Technical Officer, Michael A.
